In 1982, he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, initially working as an engineer. He has since risen from a regular worker to the leader of major enterprises and state institutions.
He served as a Senator in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 1999 to June 2017, holding the position of a member of the Committee on Finance and Budget from August 19, 2005. Additionally, he became the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and Budget from December 7, 2011, until 2017. Rashit Akhmetov was also a member of the Accounting Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan overseeing the execution of the national budget from June 29, 2017, to June 2022.
Furthermore, he was a member of the Cooperation Group with the Parliament of the Republic of Belarus, the Senate of Canada, and the Senate of the French Republic. Rashit Akhmetov headed the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Alliance and participated in the work of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly representing the Republic of Kazakhstan. For 18 years, Rashit Akhmetov dedicated himself to legislative work in the Senate, leading the budget committee. Currently, Mr. Akhmetov is a Member of the Supreme Audit Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His mission is to ensure transparency in the country's financial flows and to provide support for business. In recognition of his outstanding services to the homeland, Rashit Akhmetov has been honored with the orders of "Qurmet" and "Parasat," the Jubilee Medal "20Years of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan," and six state medals. Aidar Makhambet was born on July 6, 1979. He holds degrees in law and economics, having graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a specialization in Law and the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a specialization in Economics. In September 2012, he completed the Executive Education program at the Higher School of Business.
From 2012 to 2018, he underwent various professional internships and training courses in Kazakhstan, Austria, France, the USA, Turkey, and Germany. Over the years, he held leadership positions in commercial organizations. Aidar Kenesbekuly has extensive experience working in various ministries of the country. He worked in the Ministry of Ecology, Geology, and Water Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a leadership position at JSC "Zhasyl Damu," and led JSC "Institute of Power Engineering and Energy Saving" (Kazakhenergoexpertiza) under the Committee for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also occupied leadership positions in the quasi-state sector of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In June 2020, the experienced manager became a national consultant for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, for the global program supporting green and clean startups in Kazakhstan.

Askhаt Suinіshev was born on August 8, 1985, in Almaty. He graduated with honors from the Republican Physics and Mathematics School named after O.A. Zhautykov.

Askhat began his professional career as a mathematics and computer science teacher at School-Gymnasium No. 51 in Almaty and as a programmer at the Institute of Mechanics and Mathematics under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2006 to 2017, he worked at JSC "Bank CenterCredit" in various positions, starting as an IT department programmer and progressing to the Head of the Financial Department and Director of the Credit Management Department. He participated in the development and implementation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan's state program to support mortgage borrowers.
From 2017 to 2020, he served as the Financial Director at the microfinance organization "Senim" and the CEO of "SecureTech Corporation." In collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he participated in developing state-private partnership programs for automating document flow and collecting data on air passengers among airlines, airports, and customs services.
From 2020 to 2023, he taught as a Professor of Practice at Almaty Management University and headed the subsidiary company "Center Leasing" of the Bank. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the branch network management center at JSC "Bank CenterCredit."
